In our busy life we tend to treat our body more like a machine and forget that it also needs care and attention. However, Mr. Anal Gajjar the last speaker of the Management Week, made us realize that it by making small changes in our day to day life can help us lead a healthy life.
Mr. Gajjar, a renowned physical trainer and practitioner spoke to the students of Unitedworld School of Business on “Mind Science: Internal and External Experiences”. He emphasized on the importance of meditation, yoga and right postures and how one needs to practice it religiously to keep both mind and body fit. This helps the energy to flow in the body easily keeping the seven chakras active.
Mr. Gajjar’s session was truly an eye opener, it made us realize that in order to be successful in life one ought to have healthy mind and a healthy body.
